Gu's made me sick during last marathon. Honey stingers??? - honey stinger bars

I'm an experienced runner and have completed 3 marathons. My first Marathon 2, I have my gu as a supplement, and it was good, but when I last made me ill. Someone suggested I try Honey Stingers. Has anyone tried?

If you could not run after two marathons in Ku, but fell ill in the past, it is very likely that there is another factor to the disease. You might also consider whether there is something else between the races, so that they can be avoided in future. But after sick, I suppose you want something you do not remember a bad experience.

I freeze almost everything to it, and the Stingers are great honey. Personally, I like the taste of gold better, but perhaps one of the other four as well. Marathon runners have been used for decades, since honey is a natural source of carbohydrates, low glycemic index (digested slowly, so that the energy for long), and is very gentle on the stomach. Unfortunately, the only way to know whether the missile is honey good for you is to treat them during a long career.

Never heard of him, but that some research. It seems only a different brand of gels and supplements only with honey. Try it in training, perhaps? Let me know what happens if you should no better than the note you try!
